Advanced Leadership Training
The Advanced Leadership Training (ALT) program seeks to develop leaders for service in the workplace, community and church. The goal of this program is to provide skills and resources that will enhance and increase the effectiveness of leadership at all levels. The ALT program consists of 13 sessions that are conducted by Senior Pastor David Horner on select Sundays over the course of nine months. The program is taught from principles revealed in God's unchanging Word, as well as examples gathered from business, military, athletic, political and other sources.
The ALT participant is a person with a sense of calling in the area of leadership. Participants should have a genuine desire for a greater understanding of Bible-based leadership. An investigation of the nature and principles of leadership from a biblical framework, interaction and communication with others concerning the issues of leadership and learning key principles to apply to your leadership are realistic expectations of the ALT program.
