Pre Marital Counseling
Couples desiring to be married by a Providence pastor are required to go through a program of marriage preparation. Providence offers two options for meeting this requirement:
1) A pre-marriage LIFE Bible study
2) Individual marriage preparation counseling with a pastor
The LIFE Bible study class, which meets for 12 weeks on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. in the fall and winter quarters, is for both couples considering engagement and engaged couples. For information or to register for the class, contact Nancy Corson.
For individual pastoral premarital counseling, if you are getting married by a Providence pastor, check with the pastor who will be performing your ceremony (see the Providence Wedding Policies on the Getting Married At Providence page) to determine his preferences for pre-marital counseling.
