Everyday, we wake up to a world of choices. As believers, we are called to make choices that bring glory to God and reflect the principles established in His Word. How we make right choices and how we grow in our ability to make right choices is critical to the life of the believer and the validation of the gospel in the world. In The Discipline of Spiritual Discernment, Tim Challies offers the church a wonderfully simple, straightforward consideration of the topic of discernment. He helps us to understand what discernment is, how we can grow in it, and how it is practically worked out in our everyday lives. Discernment is not an option for Christians and this book is a helpful resource to not only become more discerning but, in the process, know and love God more. I highly recommend this book.
