One of the purposes of the Missions Ministry is to establish healthy, growing Christian fellowships and ministries wherever they are needed. We do this by equipping and motivating our church to minister in a worldwide context, focusing especially on those nations and peoples who have little or no Christian witness. Providence Short-Term Mission Trip Application

India Medical Mission
Trip dates: October 21-31
Mission task: VBS/Medical assistance
The team plans to provide medical care in a village setting and at a pastor’s conference where hundreds of local pastors, who have no access to healthcare, will gather. Also there will be hundreds of orphaned children in the area that we will seek to care for. The team needs medical and dental personnel as well as non-medical people for a wide variety of tasks. The non-medical personnel will be there to assist the Medical Team and provide Vacation Bible School for many of the children.

Serbia
Trip dates: December 12-20
Mission task: Evangelism
For the past seven years we have had the blessing of sharing in this wonderful ministry in Serbia. We have distributed tens of thousands of shoeboxes, while sharing the Gospel with thousands more children, teachers and parents. The little town of Backi Petrovac in Serbia will be our home base during this trip. This is a great family mission trip.
