Each year Providence takes a weekend to focus on local and global missions. This year's Missions Festival, "Locally Faithful – Globally Focused," will be held February 24-26. Our keynote speaker will be Dr. Ronald Cline, Global Ambassador with HJCB Global.

These Christ-centered small groups help individuals work through many of the toughest issues of life. Each provides real help and proven steps to take on a specific topic within the context of a small group dynamic. Topics may include:

    Divorce
    Grief
    Sexual purity for men
    Money management
    Single Parenting

Capital Community Church will be heading up the Men's Cove Retreat this year. God has done amazing things through this unique retreat and we look forward to what He has in store for our next time together in the mountains.

Enjoy worship and Christian fellowship with other singles as we exalt our God in this large-group Bible study. Don't miss this chance to discover what the Bible has to say personally to single adults. The Gathering meets on the first, third and fifth Wednesdays of every month in the amphitheater at 7:30pm.

Our next Oasis event is March 9 at 6:30pm in the amphitheater. Come watch the ACC game or play board or card games with friends. Cost includes snacks and a chili cook-off contest. Cost is $5.

Desiring to provide single adults of all ages with the essential truth that can satisfy our soul, Oasis 414 blends enjoyable activities with a welcoming environment of friendship.

Get ready to dress up and have some fun!

This event is especially designed for people ages 16 and older with developmental and/or physical impairments. If an attendee has specific medical, communication or behavioral issues, they are required to have a chaperone. Are you looking to connect with women at Providence or to meet a new friend?  If so, join us for our popular "Women's Friendship Dinner” on Thursday evening, March 29 from 6:30-8:30 pm. You will be matched up with other ladies who live in general proximity to you.  Most homes will hostess 6-8 ladies and each person will be asked to bring a dish to share. Please consider inviting a friend or neighbor to join you! It’s a great opportunity to enjoy fellowship in a very warm environment.  There is no cost, but pre-registration is required to help match you to a hostess home. After you register you will receive a confirmation email with the location and hostess of your dinner.  Register online by March 19.  

Precept women's Bible studies use materials produced by Kay Arthur and Precept Ministries International. They approach the Bible using an inductive study method, which involves three steps: observation, interpretation and application.
