Prayer Suite
The Providence Prayer Suite is located behind the welcome center when you enter through the canopy entrance. The suite includes a chapel, prayer and fasting rooms and the Upper Room. To maintain the Prayer Suite as a quiet and secure place, access is limited to those involved in prayer. You can use this special quiet atmosphere for prayer and meditation, and you are welcome to visit the Prayer Suite any time the church is open. To enter the Prayer Suite during office hours, contact Desirae Burton or Lois Douglas. After office hours, contact security (919-326-3000, ext. 292).
The Chapel
The door is always open, and you may enter and pray anytime the church is open. The chapel is furnished with comfortable chairs, sofas and a kneeling altar. Bibles, hymnbooks and devotional guides are provided.
Prayer and Fasting Rooms
These rooms are furnished like the chapel. You can reserve one of them for a time alone for personal prayer and fasting. Contact the Prayer Ministry Office (326-3000, ext. 227).
The Upper Room
The Upper Room is the home of Day Watch, the arm of the 24-hour intercessory prayer ministry. Intercessors, who have attended an orientation, pray weekly for one hour in this room for submitted requests.
