Hope and Care Studies
Most of us have times in our lives when we face issues for which we need help and support. Hope and Care groups are Christ-centered small groups where Providence members, attendees and others from the community meet together under the coordination of a facilitator. We learn to apply practical principles from God's Word to find hope and to help overcome difficult issues in our lives.

Foods That Satisfy
The typical American diet is full of ingredients that are harming our bodies. Our diets are also causing unhealthy conditions like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and some kinds of cancers. In this study you will learn a healthy plan for eating and exercising that will help you take care of your body and reduce the risks associated with unhealthy eating. You will be encouraged to begin a reasonable exercise program that will help you see beneficial results. Men and women may participate. There is an extra fee for materials. Contact Debbie Danforth (326-3000 or debbie@pray.org) for more information.
