Singles Ministry

LIFE Bible Studies

In a small group setting, close friendships can be formed, spiritual growth prompted and encouragement offered. For these reasons, LIFE Bible studies lie at the heart of the singles ministry. Single adults may attend any of the LIFE Bible studies, which are held on Sunday mornings. If you would like to be in a LIFE Bible study that is specifically for singles, you can find a listing of classes by age groups below. Singles (40s Plus) - Burt Wichek – Room 649

"But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in His name" (John 20:31). We will study the book of John and our call to believe and have life in Christ.

Singles (Early–Late 20s) - Jay Veverka – Room 611

When Jesus said, "Follow Me," it was a call to discipleship. To claim the grace of Christ, without considering the call of Christ is what Dietrich Bonhoeffer called "cheap grace." A "costly grace," however, considers what Jesus demands of us, not simply what He has done for us. Join us as we ask what it means to follow Christ.

Singles (Late 20s to Mid 30s) - Greg Burda – Room 638

We will study the Gospel of John to understand how the Gospel impacts our day-to-day lives. Join us as we discover rich spiritual truths through this interactive study.

Singles (Mid 30s–Mid 40s) - Brian Frost – Room 607

Few places in the Scriptures detail the abounding mercy of God more than the Minor Prophets. Join us as we examine several of these brief, but poingnant, books written for our endurance and encouragement.
