LIFE Bible Studies
In a small group setting, close friendships can be formed, spiritual growth prompted and encouragement offered. For these reasons, LIFE Bible studies lie at the heart of the singles ministry. Single adults may attend any of the LIFE Bible studies, which are held on Sunday mornings. If you would like to be in a LIFE Bible study that is specifically for singles, you can find a listing of classes by age groups below. 9:30 A.M.
Singles (40s Plus) - Burt Wichek – Room 649
Do you feel snowed under and maxed out? In our Take It to the Limit culture, many people spend, acquire and try to squeeze as much out of life as they can, but end up feeling empty in the process. In this six-lesson DVD curriculum, Andy Stanley pulls us back from the edge and helps us strike a balance by showing us how to do less, not more. Each session of this DVD includes 15-20 minutes of teaching followed by several discussion questions.
11:00 A.M.Singles (Early–Mid 20s) - Mike Williams – Room 637
Together we will be looking into 1 Timothy to see how we cultivate a love for Christ's church.
Singles (Mid–Late 20s) - Jay Veverka – Room 621
The Bible is one book even though it was written over a 1,500-year span by more than 40 different authors who lived in different places and at different times. Though diverse in its writing styles, we find unity in its message. Join us as we gain a better view of God’s big picture.
Singles (Late 20s to Mid 30s) - Greg Burda – Room 638
The Scriptures admonish us to always be prepared to share the hope of Jesus Christ with those who have not trusted in Him as their Savior. But often times, our focus is merely on techniques rather than cultivating a heart for the lost. Join us as we seek to gain Jesus' heart toward those who are perishing as well as learn ways to share the Gospel.
Singles (Mid 30s–Mid 40s) - Brian Frost – Room 631
Oh the treasures that the Lord has entrusted to our care. Join us as we open the pages of Scripture to find wisdom for managing our time, talents, treasures, testimony and the truth of God's Word.
