Providence’s 30th Anniversary October 5
Be a part of this reflective evening as we focus on God’s providence through music and testimonies. This is always a memorable night as we are reminded of the blessings of the past year. Join us on Sunday, October 5, at 6 p.m. in the worship center.
Thoughts on Worship
What are the principles with which we base the content of our worship services
at Providence? They are as follows:
1) Worship is to be God-honoring. (Romans 12:1-2)
2) Worship is to be Christ-exalting. (Revelations 5:12)
3) Worship is to be celebrative. (Psalm 100)
4) Worship is to be reflective. (Psalm 119:11-12)
5) Worship is to be introspective. (2 Corinthians 13:5)
6) And, worship is to be responsive. (1 Peter 1:15-16, 1 John 4:19)
