Afghan Refugee Outreach: Monday Night Fellowship

Join us as we seek to build community with Afghan refugees here in Raleigh.
Families from all over the world reside in a growing community in the middle of North Raleigh at Cedar Point Apartments. We count it a privilege to serve this community with the love of Christ. Our programs are open to all residents of the Cedar Point community
We have joined with Refugee Hope Partners to minister to the “Nations” displaced from their countries and living in Raleigh. On the 2nd and 4th Monday Nights, we ministry specifically to Afghan Refugees.
At our last Monday Night Fellowship hosted with them, Over 50 Afghan friends came. It was a sweet time of remembrance as one of the families showed photos on her phone of our time together A YEAR AGO. YES, it has been a year of pouring into these families. Joining the journey with them in hopes of making Jesus known to them.
Will you join our outreach efforts ?
- Use your experience to MOBILIZE champions of the faith
- CULTIVATE a culture of sharing outreach opportunities.
- Get INFORMED of what GOD is doing in Raleigh.
- Look for opportunities to hear more about HIS ministry in our City.
As a believer, there is one discipline of “abiding in Christ” that we are ALL called with the same directive. PRAYER.
Would you pray for our outreach ?Pray for our friends during Ramadan, we are asking God to use their holidays to reveal JESUS. Pray for friendships to grow. Pray for our volunteer families as they build relationships. Pray for our vision to see them recognize Jesus as their Rescuer.
Pray that as they sacrifice to obtain the favor of GOD, they will have the spiritual eyes to see that HIS Approval can not be attained through WORKS. It is only through faith and trusting in the death, burial, and resurrections of Jesus Christ that man can obtain restoration and approval of GOD.
