Hope Reins Ranch Hands

April 27 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Our wounded and traumatized children and Hope Reins depend on YOU !  You have the opportunity to spend the morning supporting Hope Reins,  a wonderful Ministry Partner, dedicated to support kids ranging in age from 5-18 who struggle with crisis like severe trauma, physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, cancer, suicide, debilitating anxiety, or living in homelessness, poverty, group home or foster care.

Hope Reins has asked for Ranch Help doing one or several of these things:

  • Invasive plant species removal in pastures – helps keep our pastures healthy and nutrition-rich for the horses
  • Fence staining – with miles of four board fence, it’s an ongoing process!
  • Trail construction – our kids love to walk the trails with their mentors during sessions
  • Clearing fence lines – from downed limbs, brush and debris
  • Weeding and gardening – to ensure the Ranch is beautiful for our sessions kids

Appropriate Clothing & Footwear:

Please encourage your participants to wear closed toed shoes, long pants and a sun hat or sunglasses.  We encourage you to bring a personal water bottle to fill at one of our water dispensers.

Age Limit of 18 years of age and up; they only let adults serve in this project.

You will need to fill out a digital waiver form that Hope Reins requires.  A link will be sent to you.

Hope Reins has requested that we carpool for parking limitations.  If you want to meet at Providence at 8:30am, a group will carpool over together.
