CityServe: Men’s Prison Outreach

Join an existing team of men walking out their faith by participating in a Men’s Prison Visit Ministry.

See first hand how God is moving.  Consistently allowing the Lord to use their faithful ministry outreach, 37 men say they have given their lives to Jesus since last May.

Join Mel Blinson and his team on a Monday Night, carpool to the Men’s Prison.  After the visit, if you feel this ministry is for you, you can complete the Prison’s Training Session to obtain a Blue Card.   Future participation offers flexibility in visiting various local prisons to:

• Share your personal testimony once a year,
• teach a session once a month or,
• lead a small group once a week.

The ministry also has the commitment flexibility of participating during a particular  season (“taking the summer off”) or minister year round.  Some volunteer once, others have participated on a consistent basis for years.

If you like what you see and want to commit to more, there are Three Requirements to join the team:

• Confess that God’s Word is infallible from cover to cover.
• Agree that we should not add to or take away from what The Word says, and
• Pass a Background Check
• Be 21 yrs old or older

Date:  Monday, You choose:

• October 23rd
• November 13th, and/or
• December 11th

Location:  Meet at CVS (Located on North of 540 on Creedmoor Road) and carpool to Butner.

You can not just show up, you must complete the registration form and speak to Mel Blinson.
