Student Fall Camp (META) — REGISTRATION OPENS

META is a fall retreat for students to come disconnect, recharge, and spend a few days with other students enjoying biblical community, Christ-centered teaching and worship, small groups, games, and lots of fun! Don’t miss out on one of the best weekends of the year!

Check-In & Check-Out
We will be administering a drive-through check in

- You will be emailed the week before camp with your cabin assignment and check-in time frame.
- Siblings will be allowed to be checked in at the same
- You will be getting out of your car only to unload luggage, meet one of the counselors, and/or give your student a hug goodbye.
Just like check-in, you will receive a specific time for picking up your student, (siblings can be picked up at the same time). Make sure all luggage and medications are picked
Medical
All medicine is to be given to the camp medical team upon check-in on Friday. Our medical personnel will distribute all medicine. Students are responsible to come see them when it is time to take their Any and ALL medication (even OTC) must be turned into camp medical staff at check-in on Friday night.
Lodging
Students will be grouped into specified bunk-style cabins. Some grades may be combined to maximize sleeping arrangements. Each cabin has separate showers and restrooms. Cabins are separated by gender. ***There are only 175 beds available for overnight stay. Once the maximum capacity is reached, students will have the option to be day campers*** Any questions or concerns may be directed to our student ministry team.
Day Campers
Due to the limited number of beds, students unable to stay overnight can participate in META as day Day campers will be being dropped off and picked up by parents throughout the weekend at certain times. They are able to participate in all activities and receive all booklets, nametags, apparel, etc… Except they are unable to stay overnight. Our check in and check out team will monitor and help this process.
Meals
Meals are included in the registration cost. This will cover 3 meals on Saturday and breakfast Sunday Please indicate any dietary restrictions or food allergies on the registration form so we can prepare accordingly.

Activities and schedules will be communicated closer to
Leaders & Volunteers
Each leader is interviewed and vetted for serving at META by PSM staff. Each of them will be trained, equipped, and excited to serve your student throughout the weekend. The majority of our leaders and volunteers are current Refinery and LG We will send out more information about the leaders closer to META.

Electronic Policy
iPods, iPads, cell phones, hand-held video games, laptops, are not allowed. If any of these items are brought to META, they will be confiscated and given back to the student at the end of the weekend. If there is an emergency, students will be allowed to make a phone call with designated staff phones.
Parent Communication
PSM will send out more information closer to META and communicate with parents via text and email before, during, and after META.
