We have one home that is always available to Providence for booking and one other home that is available to us to rent on a short-term basis. Once we receive your housing application, we will contact you about the housing options open to you.

We will be honored to have you stay in the homes that the Lord has provided to our church. We pray that you will feel blessed and welcomed as you stay with us.

For questions, contact Bianca Thompson at [email protected].

Families seeking Stateside housing need to complete an application at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Arrival and departure dates are required, but please let us know in the designated area on the application if your dates are flexible. We want to be as accommodating as possible and may be able to meet your housing needs better if your dates are flexible.

Missionaries who have been sent out or are currently supported by Providence receive priority reservations for the house; however like-minded missionaries from other organizations or churches may also apply for housing.

Non-Providence missionaries may apply for housing up to 2 years in advance but their reservations will remain tentative until 9 months before their arrival. This will allow our Providence-supported missionaries to have priority in applying for housing up to 9 months before an arrival date.

Upon email notification by the church that your reservation is accepted, the missionaries will mail the church a $500 deposit to hold the reservation. If the $500 deposit is not received by the church within 45 days of the written notification, the reservation will be canceled.

Missionaries may stay in the house for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of a year at a time.

There is a $500 refundable booking and security deposit to reserve the house. This will be credited back to you at the end of your stay if there are no significant repairs or cleaning need that to be done to the house after your stay.

The family will pay Providence $250 per month for utilities, home insurance, and the internet. This balance will be pro-rated for any stays less than a month.

The family is responsible for proper housekeeping on a regular basis to be a good steward of this home. Families are expected to exercise care and normal precautions in protecting the home during their stay. Providence will provide a cleaning checklist for you to go through before leaving the house.

Families are expected to assist in the upkeep of the yard (lawn and flower beds). Equipment and gasoline will be provided for you upon your arrival. If you are unable to mow the lawn and carry out basic yard tasks for some physical reason, please include that information on your application.

Families will notify the housing coordinators immediately of any problems or damage to the home or furnishings.

No pets or smoking is allowed in the homes.
