My parents live in Florida. This morning, my mom says the winds are already very strong and the hurricane isn{t even here yet. They are renting right now as their house is being constructed, so they have no hurricane proof windows installed. My stepdad made their decision to stay put, so I am extremely concerned they are not leaving the area. I do, however, believe he would have him and my mom obey mandatory orders of evacuation. Please pray for their safety and that my stepdad makes the correct decision for their safety.
