It seems that everything is faster. We eat faster. Work faster. Relax faster. Buy things faster. Connect to people faster. Living fast is the default when our demands exceed our time. There is a danger to such speed. The faster we live, the less pleasure we feel; and the less pleasure we feel, the more we panic at how little time we have left. This January, in a series entitled Hurry Up & Slow Down, we are going to look at God’s instruction regarding time, priorities, and setting margins.
